I AM SORRY THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED ISSUES WITH ONE OF MY GAMES
Although I do all my coding very carefully and test my games on a lot of devices, there will always be some little bugs and glitches left. All my games are one-man-made. There is no testing-crew and no quality-team. So, if you in person are the unlucky fellow, who encounterd one of these issues, please accept my honest excuse and give me some days to update the game. Please do not just place a bad rating. The damage is extremly huge for a small game. In return, I promise to handle every bug-report very seriously.
Please do the following first:
- Close all other apps and start the app/game again.
- Update the app/game to the latest version.
- Update your OS to the latest version.
- Delete and re-install the game. You may lose saved data though.
- Check, if your device belongs to the recommended / supported devices.
